We cannot accept cash on delivery because our items are personalized and made to order according to customer specifications; for this reason, we require payment upon order.
I received a promotional code: How do I use it?
If you received a Promotional Code from Quid, use it when ordering by entering it in the Coupon Code box and clicking Apply. Your total will then be updated.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most parts of the world. Check our Shipping table shown on each product page.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship by express courier.
How much shipping costs?
Shipping are free for Italy. For other destinations, please refer to our Shipping table shown on each product page.
Why do I need to register to make a purchase?
Registration gives us the information that is strictly necessary for purchases and allows you to make future purchases without having to complete the same information each time. Subscribing to our newsletter is optional.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, our prices include VAT.
How do I know that my purchase was successfully made?
After payment, you will receive an automatic payment confirmation from the bank,. You will also receive a email confirmation from Quid. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number from the courier.

Why have I not received an email confirming my order or shipment?
If you did not receive an e-mail either confirming your order or shipment, we recommend that you check your SPAM box. Sometimes e-mails that contain numbers and / or data details, such as the order or tracking number, price etc., are marked as ‘undesirable’ and sent to your SPAM box.
If, however, yoiu have cheked and you still haven’t receive such emails, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I cancel or change an order?
You may only request a change or cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you placed the order by writing to email@example.com
If the request for cancellation is received after the 24 hour deadline, then your order is already in production and it may no longer be cancelled. Our products are customized and produced according to customer specifications.
What kind of metals do you use?
Quid uses only 18KT gold and 9kt (750/oo and 325/oo) and Silver 925/oo
Are Quid’s items allergenic?
Generally no, Quid uses only quality hypoallergenic materials and metals that comply with the laws on the release of nickel contained in jewelry. (Standard EN 1811:2011).
Where is your jewelry made?
All of our items are exclusively Made in Italy
